Touchpoint 3: AN INVITATION TO GET CURIOUS…

As you move through this early stage of care, you may have begun to notice a softening or a shifting. You can expect this reorganization within your body and your inner state to occur during the adjustment and even in the moments carrying forward after your adjustment. 

You may even be feeling shifts that you don’t quite know how to put words to.

I invite you to have a curiosity about the ways your body is starting to sense that it's changing, releasing, evolving, adapting and becoming more self-aware.
