Accessing The Now

 

Through paying attention to the whole of our experience, we can receive the fullness of it. The more we can experience the whole of the experience, the more we invite ourself to arrive in the now, a moment that seemingly continues to bottom out the more you practice becoming more aware.

What activities are you engaged with that allow you to practice expanding your awareness? What experiences most naturally invite you into becoming aware? Maybe this looks like mediation, reflection processing, movement exploring, exhilaration activities, or quiet simple presence of being with friends and family or loved ones.
