Not All Stress Is Bad… Stress Can Be Important For Growth

 

Not all stress is bad. Stress becomes challenging for our body when we are no longer able to create an adaptation (a response that serves our body at its deepest level of existence). With that said, it’s important to have stress (in the right amount) for our body to experience its end ranges so as to expand its realm of what’s possible. Interfacing thresholds of experience where we haven’t gone to before, is often the sweet spot for change.
